Frequently asked questions
What are the rules for the property?
No one is to enter the pastures without Shaun, Jackie, or someone who lives on the farm (Bryan). If you want to visit the farm animals you are welcome to but get an escort and wear closed-toed shoes.
No open flames in the barn. This includes smoking, propane, or other gas stoves...
Observe quiet hours by the house - people live there!
Stay on our property.
No ground fires except in the fire pit.
No illegal drugs.
Please rinse off before getting in the hot tub - there is a shower and hose down there.
Limit the number of people in the hot tub at a time to a max of 8 - 6 would be better. Check the water level when you get out of the hot tub and if the top jets are close to exposed then find Shaun or Jackie to add water - if there is not enough water to circulate then we may burn out the heater/pump.
If you use the great outdoors to take a dump please bury your offering.
No parking except in designated areas.
Absolutely no swimming in the pond after dark. In general, the pond is very shallow and very mushy on the bottom so I would not recommend wading or swimming in it at all.
Pet are NOT welcome due to all the other animals already on the farm
Are we allowed to bring pets to either event?
We are sorry but pets are NOT welcome. This is due to the number of people at the property and all the other animals that are already at the farm.
